Which one of these is already sitting in your kitchen right now?
    👇 Just drop the number:
    1 — Raw Cacao
    2 — Ceylon Cinnamon
    3 — Cardamom
    4 — Lion's Mane
    5 — C8 MCT Oil
And if your answer is "none of them" — honestly, same as most people before they watch this. Type STARTING FROM ZERO and I'll tell you exactly which one to grab first. ☕

I'm not a chemist or pharmacist, so I'm not even going to try to add all this up. There are commercial coffees that have all this already. I will try MUUK' spice coffee and let you know. Fidus and OM also have blends, so we'll see. Thanks for the tip!

I don't have overweight problem, I have been sick with either diarrhea or constipation that makes me sick and can't eat then end up vomiting sometimes for 5-6 Days can't even drink water end up in hospital, 140 times over the 3 years, no answer to problem just pump me full of drugs for day or two then send me home most times I end up in bed straight away as too weak to do anything, I live alone, question is which of these 5 should I use? Tnx in advance, know lack of nutrition has damaged nerves and am starting B2 and Q10

  24. @ramonalejano671 says

Your click bait made me think just adding a simple ingredient to coffee. Instead it is really a complicated series of procedure involving multiple components, quantities, timing and restrictions.

  25. @ScottOrchard-rt1wh says

Ok… I’m confused. You say consume coffee within 45 minutes of waking up. Just about every other sight I’ve seen says to wait at least 45 minutes from waking up so you don’t spike cortisol and put yourself into a fat storage mode????

I've been having raw cacao and ceylon cinnamon (home ground) for almost a year. Works well. Reduced muscle aches. I sometimes use cacao nibs, but even ground in a Nutri Bullet, I've never got the nibs to powder state. I also add carob to mute the bitter of cacao.

Even though the quality of information seems both comprehensive and possibly excellent…I think that we are possibly Beta testing Dr Leana as an Potential interactive AI MD/consultant using her pre recorded output….However whether this is a good or bad thing essentially rests on our ability to evaluate the extremely comprehensive information (poss delivered in a more dense and comprehensive format than a human might be able to easily achieve without mental fatigue interrupting their linguistic meter and flow and how we sympathetically react to these cues and how it might interrupt or degrade our ability to easily absorb it )….however it essentially it is massively important to be able to properly evaluate the information and where the language model found it and to evaluate whether the language model is using a similar rigour in evaluating the information when it finds it from all of the information available to it on the internet and whether this means that the quality of information is consistently both correct and of consistently high quality and congruent with the other information being presented….Similarly when receiving information within a healing context it is also necessary to evaluate how we respond to care giving linguistic cues compared to the intrinsic innate interaction between ourselves and another person in a healing or care giving interaction and its effect on our ability to self regulate compared to the potential to respond to linguistic cues in releasing the infinite potential for healing, growth and creation contained within the individual and its ability to change and shape their biological regulation health and well-being and their reality and what has the potential to be most beneficial and release the most potential for healing within each context or what is going on within each type of interaction….!!!!!
