The funny part is, it's not the milk. That's making you gain weight. It's all the stuff that is actually bad for you. He's putting in there that makes you gain weight. In other words, bananas, carbohydrates, roof and pretty much sugar. Banana is pretty much 90% sugar. Well, people don't seem to understand is when it comes to carbohydrates and sugars. Our body does not digest any of that. Our body automatically converts and breaks down everything into sugars, and the sad part is when it's done. Breaking it down to a sugar, it converts it over into a fat and the sad part is, it's not even good fat. It's bad, fat, bad cholesterol. This is what makes you gain weight. These are the reason why people have a problem. Losing weight is because they don't seem to understand eating carbohydrates. In general is not good for you and makes you gain weight. This is the reason why people count calories? And it's all due to carbohydrates, you can sit there and consume nothing. But meat all day and it could be fatty meat. Ribby, you actually will not gain any weight because your body goes into overdrive. And burns tons of calories, just to digest that the sad part is your body does not do that with carbohydrates. So when it comes to wheats, grains, vegetables, your body does not go into overdrive, because, technically we cannot digest it, biology proves, we cannot digest any of this. This is the reason why we have so many health issues. And it's all due to vegetables. Wheats, grains, fruits and carbohydrates, they cause health issues. They're not good for you. The only reason why bodybuilders take carbohydrates and everything. It's because it gives you energy. And they don't even understand the reason why it gives you energy. The reason why is because it's like a drug, it triggers dopamines in the brain. And what does dopamines do gives you a rush? You're pumped with energy, you're all over for the place. And then you crash

I just grind up 200-300g of oats to dry powder, add 20oz skim milk and scoop of whey protein. Quickly blend and chug. Nearly 1200 calories, but the fiber is high and Ik some ppl can’t do that but it’s slight for me
