    First of all, calories per serve are mentioned in the description clearly. Secondly, why are we so scared of โ€œcarbsโ€ ?? I will never understand why there is so much FEAR around carbs & calories ? I will ANYDAY drink this over a pack of chips or some trash junk food for my 4 pm hunger. Kisi ko nai pasand aa rha ?     This is no way 22g protein. This is at best 6g protein per glass with approx 100 calories. Drink Amul high protein buttermilk instead it has approx 15g protein with 100 cals.

    Guys, replace water and curd with 20rs amul premium buttermilk(gives 10 g protein in 500 ml and add 50 gm of rajdhani sattu ( 11 g protein in 50gm)
    Total protein=21 g
    Calories= 170 cal (butter milk) + 205(sattu). = 375 cal
    You can add or remove extra things according. to your taste.
