But get whole leaf tea if you get anything people because the crap in the teabags is so bad for you you think you’re getting some good vitamins and all that bullshit but you’re also getting a lot of plastic because those bags are a lot of are just made from plastic so you’ll get a lot more benefits if you get natural whole leaf dried obviously tea leaves.
