    Mam diet plan is good but college he 9.00 start hota hai morning exercise then nahanae kae baad buss yaa toh blue tea yaa red tea ya green tea yaa black coffee kaa time bachta hai uskae baad 12.30 lunch hota hai then off 4.30 to 5 hota hai kbhi kbhi hospital duties hoti hai then pg mai aakar i was like yar i m humgry jo hai khaa loo 😢😢jissae i m gaining weight 😢😢
