For recipe : By mistake I said sunflower seeds for watermelon seeds. While we can make paneer even with Sunflower seeds, it tastes much better with watermelon seeds.

For the recipe, type paneer on Satvic movement YouTube channel and you’ll find the relevant recipe video 😊

You either eat healthy foods and stay healthy (people say it's expensive) or eat junk/fast foods and pay medical bills (which is also expensive)… So the choice is yours! 😂

Do you know that sprouted beans have least amount of protein instead they are vitamin and calcium rich. Sprouting beans breaks its protein structure.
Besides that, legumes and beans need to be consumed in large amounts to get a small amount of protein which may not be possible. Third, to absorb that protein you need to eat rice along with it so that the body can get full set of amino acids.

Best tip you need not sprout everyday and eat them if your purpose is to get more protein out of them.
Again you used peanut butter which is Not good. processed peanuts -butter has more direct fats that would be consumed and least fibre left.
Apples are full of fructose – that body do not need them.
Instead eat guava, pear which is not too ripe, papaya.

    Hello Radhika Ma'am, 🙏✨
I absolutely love your yoga sessions. Whenever I do yoga, I always come back to your videos. You explain everything so beautifully and your positive energy is truly amazing. Thank you for helping and inspiring so many people.
    I have two humble requests:
Could you please make a yoga session especially for students focusing on natural height increase and improving posture?
Could you please make a session on yoga asanas that support people following Brahmacharya—practices that help channel and manage this energy, and aid in developing discipline, focus, and balance on this path?
Thank you so much, Ma'am. 🌷🙏
