    I SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THIS!!!
So many of my clients eat clean, exercise consistently, and still struggle with stubborn fat and imbalanced hormones simply because their Vitamin D is too low. You might think your levels are "fine." But most doctors are checking for deficiency, not optimization and there's a big difference.

Helpful tip: if you're sick of a certain food, try a different preparation. I was getting serious egg fatigue but I was mainly eating scrambled, hard-boiled and omelets. BUT frying eggs in plenty of butter has been the solution. Been eating them daily and LOVE them this way. I make hard fried eggs (2-3) with just salt and pepper. It's been months of preparing them this way and I still look forward to them each day.

No need for eggs, meat, or dairy. In fact, a HUGE percentage of the human population is sensitive or allergic to dairy and eggs. I’ve yet to have a single patient who cut out dairy and eggs report back to me afterward that they felt better eating them. In fact common they are always shocked at how much better they feel and the absence of those two ingredients. On the Wahls Protocol, dairy and eggs are two of the three foods that Dr. Wahls recommends cutting cold turkey because of the high likelihood that they’re contributing to inflammation. Overweight and obesity are inflammatory conditions so reducing inflammation at its source(s) is the best long-term solution.

You don't need a therepist. All ya need is therapeutic activities to keep you relaxed and peaceful. Taking a walk, gardening, cooking, praying, expressing yourself artistically, using an inversion table, ect. If I have a problem, I talk to God because He knows everything and always knows best. Though I don't hear him much, He answers me as I go about my daily life giving me signal graces and supplying for my different needs. All I need to really to do is trust Him and try to do my part.

Three eggs a day will not keep the doctor away and I know this as a personal fact. I did this for a year and found out last week that my cholesterol was 323!!! I eat clean and there’s nothing else to modify except for the eggs. So, yeah, they’re healthy and delicious and will also give you a freaking heart attack, stroke, or fat embolism. Other than that, this is a great video!

I lost half of my visceral fat (went from. 8lbs to. 4lbs in 2 years just by cutting out seed oils for the most part. I already have a good diet no flour or sugar, but I drink wine daily. I'm convinced that seed oils were the reason. I have 21.7% body fat at 55 years old and 25" waist.. i also eat 3 eggs most days 😊
