Zevia. No sugar, no artificial color or flavors, no artificial sweetener. I love the creamy root beer. It’s a cravings killer.

I’m 52 and I weigh 98 pounds. I’m 5 feet 4 inches. I love to work out. I eat a plant based diet. Raw organic fruits and vegetables. I fast on black coffee and water three days a week. It makes me feel such a natural high

Dr. Pepper Blackberry zero sugar. I love drinking diet pop when in a deficit. When maintenance or surplus, I really don't drink much beyond water.

Coffee helps for sure for me

Don’t drink diet pop of any kind if your diabetic like me. It can lead to insulin resistance and make A1C levels worse,

  19. @ogrum92 says

Beware of Pepsi Zero, it probably has about twice the caffeine as regular Pepsi!

  20. @serenitykeeper1959 says

No artificial sweeteners👎🏻 There’s brominated vegetable oil in Diet Mt Dew too. Drink Water, flavored seltzers, black coffee, tea or bone broth. The outside doesn’t tell all that’s happening on the inside!

  21. @UHVProductions says

    Raw fruit and veggies

  22. @13ChroniclesOfDagger says

Yelliw #5 is great for you!! Also aspartame …yummmm 😂😂😂

  23. @2HIP4UYO says

    Horrible advice 😂
    Benzoate
Synthetic preservative, may be linked to inflammation
    Aspartame
Artificial chemical sweetener, may be linked to digestive issues and more
    Acesulfame Potassium
    Artificial sweetener
    Sucralose
    Inflammatory artificial sweetener (aka Splenda)
    Edta
Synthetic chemical additive that preserves flavor and color

    The random flexing was cringey

I like how these influencers tell us to walk an hour a day. I would gladly do that brother if I didn’t work 12 hours a day. I’m happy when I get my 4 weight training sessions in for the week.

  26. @drewfoster1493 says

    Soda is full of chemicals.
I dont just want to be leaner, i want to be healthier.
I find if i eat 3 eggs, half pound lean ground beef or turkey, half an avacado and some cheddar cheese for breakfast, i dont need much for lunch but a few fruits. Usually a kiwi, banana and sunflower seeds. Thats enough to keep me full until dinner and i am maintaning my calorie deficit and loosing close to 2 pounds a week.

I also ride a stationary bike at my stand up desk.
If you work from you get you one. No time for walks is no longer an excuse…

Try a drink with stevia or monk fruit sweetener instead of the artificial garbage.

Zevia is goated IMO – some flavors are ok but the root beer is fire
