½ cup Oats Rolled oats
½ cup Yogurt Plain
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp Flaxseeds, ground. I used golden flaxseed
1 tbsp Chia Seeds, soaked
1 Banana Ripe, frozen
1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
1 tbsp Honey Optional
