I don't think the math adds up in the bulky type? They seem to burn more than they eat?!
18:30 would NOT call this a clesr trend

The bottom three are def lower than the top four, but there is no clear trend within the top four or the bottom three (or rather, it’s the opposite of the trend you’re suggesting) and that’s after removing your outlier. Bad statistics
Calories… the world's most useless metric
What about ectomorphs, endomorphs and my body type which is pure mesomorph? Not much fat on me but I’m also not bony and out of shape like most of these people. In water I sink like a stone, because bone and muscle are heavy.
I’m excited you chose the participant you did to work with for a year because she’s a similar body type to me! And she has a positive attitude and was open about some challenges in her life that she’s overcome.
These tests are still very inaccurate
I’m so happy he pick Michelle!!! She has such crazy data about her body composition I can’t wait to see her progress. I’ll be rooting for her 🎉
I noticed that there's zero mention of people with around average fat and around average muscle, they don't fit at all in any of your categories. They're too big for skinny, too muscular for skinny fat, too little muscle for bulky, too little fat for high fat and too much fat for athletic.
Wasn't expecting to see Dennis from LTT here.
I was skinny skinny, 19 BMI and around 14% BF, but have been working out a lot, I'm pretty fit rn, managed to get into 22 BMI and around 10% BF, and I really eat a lot to keep up with the workouts. Started working out at 31yo, going into the 33yo (June).
If you agent trying to diet and you don't eat addictive foods the body does a really good job at eating the precise amount food needed to maintain its weight.
Bro your in Canada??!!!??? The Timmy coffe gives it away
I'm bulky for sure
"Proving most people don't understand theoretical physics 🧠🧠🤯🤯"

What I am getting from this is that no one is average.
20:00 Adieponectin is good for you, why is it included among the harmful things?
I wonder if Europeans have the same types
I’m in the skinny-fat trap 😭 I don’t lift heavy weights because I’m not naturally strong, but then of course I don’t build muscle. I do exactly what they said, focus on cardio. It’s discouraging because it’s so difficult to build muscle.
You had me until the AI meal scanner. Those things are bull. They can't weigh the oil you just cooked with
the editing is so annoying, why does he repeat the same point every 2 sec JUST GET TO THE POINT
Jeremy that vegetable filled pita with side of salad is diabolical lunch
Not me tearing up and cheering on Melody!! ❤🎉
what a great video honestly!
+1 sub, very good quality of design
Fascinating.
not the AI food
I wanted to like this video, but unfortunately this entire test has been done incorrect. No way the asian girl in the yellow eats anything above 3000 calories, more like 2200, max. Otherwise she’d have burned her muscles away, she’s both fat and muscular, but not too fat, and at her height that comes to around 1800-2200,
aaron's diet is not 4200 kcal a day, I calculated it out of curiosity and it turned out to be 3200 kcal at most. whats wrong with these calculations?(but maybe he eats a lot more peanut butter than I assume he does, because it's the most high-calorie product out there)
I hope that you will have a therapist continuously in the loop when working with Michelle since the challenge she mentioned, addiction will require professional attention although the process and after.
The human body has adapted to survive for ages. This means that energy metabolisms should be more or less the same. And since energy cant be created or removed, it needs to come and go. This means that your body weight (and what is actually weighing) will be your entire bmr. And no, you cant magically have low or high, litterally impossible, as proven here. Great video, goes to show how all these small choices can make big differences over time!
The twins need to do specific weight training to see and correct their scoliosis posture. There are both slanted to another side at the shoulders.
27:47 "subjects" really??😲🤯
Does he eat a full pie evrye day? That's 350 calories a slice, x 8 = 2800 for one meal
How do you burn 3000 calories with exercise a day
are you going to do this with a seniors group ?
How do I sign up for this or find out my exact body fat percentage and calories in calories out?
I’m none of these bodies I’m skinnier than all of them.
This confirms what nutrition research keeps showing — self-reported intake is notoriously unreliable, even when people try to be accurate. Great experiment design!
