Guys, replace water and curd with 20rs amul premium buttermilk(gives 10 g protein in 500 ml and add 50 gm of rajdhani sattu ( 11 g protein in 50gm)
Total protein=21 g
Calories= 170 cal (butter milk) + 205(sattu). = 375 cal
